There are Metra Stops up and down stony Island from where I live 64th which is only 2 blocks east all the way to 57th. They'll take you directly downtown to the station which is I believe right off of Michigan Ave.

Just around the corner on Stanley Ave you'll hope the Metra at the Harlem or Berwyn Station to downtown Chicago. The ride is typically 15 mins to Union Station. Tickets can be purchased one way on the train if you have cash. We recommend downloading the Ventra app where you can choose from a variety of ticket options.

Dee Road is one of two commuter railroad stations on Metra's Union Pacific/Northwest line in the City of Park Ridge, Illinois. It is officially located at 881 North Dee Road, and lies 14.6 miles from the Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago.
