Get the Rico Taco (chicken mole and rice) and Chilaquil with mole. This place is delicious, our favorite mole in town. We get Granny’s at least once a week. There are two Granny’s Taco locations, one on 7th and another on Cesar Chavez. The Cesar Chavez location has more space for outdoor seating and a shorter wait time.

The best tacos in all of Austin. My favorite is the chilaquiles with red sauce (or a good mole). Also good is the abuela and al pastor. Closed on Sundays and every day after 3:00-ish.

Self claimed to have once been Yelp's #4 taco spot in all of Texas, it's not hard to see why. Located just off East 6th st, Granny's tacos is the perfect sustenance hit when day drinking along the east side of town.

A hidden gem! Some of the best tacos available in Austin. Recommend the shrimp quesadilla and the Ranchero taco.
