Catch a train from Bedale up Wensleydale to Leyburn or beyond to Redmire. Steam trains on special occasions.

The Herriot Country Line in the Yorkshire Dales. A lovely leisurely way to see some of North Yorkshire's most spectacular scenery. Look out for the special events train (the gin and vodka train sounds an interesting one!) www.wensleydalerail.com
