Food to try Soft Shell Crab Rice Bowl Chiu’s Beef Rice Bowl – The base is hill brown rice (nasi bukit), topped with NZ Rib-eye steak grilled to medium-well, sunny side up egg and some pickled papaya for acidity and tuhau serunding for spice. The Modern Grouper – The main star of this dish, grouper fish, is sourced freshly from our local wet market daily hence only limited portions are available each day. Our chefs then debone and fillet the fish, pan-fry to crispy skin, yet maintaining the juiciness of the flesh. Opening Hours Our kitchen currently opens for lunch and dinner only. Lunch: 11.30AM – 2.30PM (last call 2.15PM) Dinner: 6.30PM – 9.30PM (last call 9.15PM)
