Hawaiian import Cinnamon’s Restaurant brings Guava chiffon pancakes and the self-described "OMG treat" red velvet pancakes along with Benedicts with kalua pig or crab cake. Other favorites include loco moco, including Carsie's boneless kalbi, omelets and meat and eggs combinations, featuring Spam, Portuguese sausage and hickory bacon.
