There are a few white water rafting outfits out of Banks Idaho. Which is an hour or so drive back down towards Boise? They do half-day and full-day trips down the south fork of the Payette. Depending on the time of year the rapids vary from class 1 all the way to class 4 rapids. Great for families and groups
