One of the most concurred places of Puerto Plata is the Malecón. You can walk by and have a drink looking at the ocean and enjoying the breeze.

The famous Malecon that runs along the ocean in Puerto Plata. Walk the entire length (it's LONG!!!) or pop in one of the many "casitas" along the way for a drink and/or food. We recommend Big Lee's! He's a great guy!
