Local Hospital: has Accident & Emergency Unit, and also a NHS walk-in service if you need to see a GP ( General Practitioner or Family Doctor). Try to phone first if you need an appointment: expect a long wait, but good treatment. if it's a child who needs attention you'll be going to the paediatric department, and if youre very lucky Dr Ronx from 'Operation Ouch' may be on duty
