Melbourne’s first dedicated vegan pizzeria, Red Sparrow has a completely plant-based menu, with dairy-free cheese substitutes (you won’t miss the dairy) and mock meats including beer-infused bratwurst. Gluten, soy and nut-sensitive foodies will also be catered for

Red Sparrow is definitely one of the best vegan pizza shops I've tried so far! It is interesting to see how the pizzas are being put in the big instore stove by a shovel and roasted in the flames. Modern industrial interior decoration, friendly staff and the slogan on their wall "In crust we trust" will all bring smiles to your face~~
