The sheer quantity of beads housed in this small store is incredible. They are displayed in every way possible: rolled on bobbins, bagged, in bins, wrapped in plastic. It’s truly a sight to behold! The main clientele are wholesale buyers and jewelers, but you can buy retail as well. Toho Shoji is right in the accessory district. There are tons of bead stores between 34th and 40th Streets on 6th Avenue, including M&J trimming, aka rhinestone heaven. Take a look around before moving on from the neighborhood.
