You might not expect it, but the well known food truck turned brick-and-mortar vendor of melts, The Grilled Cheeserie, surprises with the ability to make your own melt with the option of vegan cheese. You can pile on tomatoes, avocado, onions, jalapeño relish or house garlic dill pickles to round out the sandwich.
