Great coffee with Taco Truck on premises. Outdoor seating.

Not in walking distance, but a short ride. Once of our top 3 go-to coffee shops. Great place to study/get coffee shop work time in, and added perk - they usually have a food truck parked outside that has great breakfast tacos.
