Very popular Mexican bar on 23rd that opens up the walls on warm days. Great happy hour! This place fills up quickly so if you have a large group get there early.

Meet friends here for amazing happy hour nachos (you think you’ve had great nachos—ha! These are the great ones) or go all out and get enchiladas, but be sure to peruse the extensive tequila menu. (must be over 21 to go here at all even though it is a restaurant).
