Craft Brews. Great simple from scratch sandwich / soup (~$10) with craft beer. Right around the corner. AWESOME beer drink specials (call for drink special info).

An 8 block walk, great "Cheers" type pub, excellent beers, fresh sandwiches, soups, and desserts, dine in or patio.

Best of the Bay 2022 for their soup. They have a small brunch menu Sat & Sun 10 am to 2 pm. About a 5 minute drive from the flat.
