Best scones over! Nice outdoor patio to check out the Montecito scene (maybe you'll see Oprah). If you like French pastries, check out nearby Renaud's.

Wonderful bakery that provides on of my favorite breakfast/brunch options in Santa Barbara. They have two locations and both offer great outdoor dining patios. They also make a lovely cup of coffee
