The Sands centre is in the centre of Carlisle, there is a gym and exercise classes on everyday. They also have great entertainment, like comedians pop groups, ballet and lots more www.thesandscentre.co.uk

New, massively impressive swimming pool, gym, sports hall. Lots of varied sports activities. Wide variety of entertainment something for everyone, singing, dance, theatre and so much more. Definitely, a must to visit.
