This is a simply outstanding local bakery that also specializes in creating pastries/baked items that cater to vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free diets, and other diets, including allergies. Unbelievable quality, and it amazes me how each item is so beautiful and delicious you almost don't want to eat it...but then you do! Definitely puts definition behind the old saying that you want to have your cake, and eat it too.
