It really doesn't get much better than Med Deli. Basically everything in their deli case is amazing, but I'd recommend the avocado salad, the carrot walnut salad and the spanakopita. Grab a gyro or a kabob and relax in a casual atmosphere while you people-watch everyone walking down Franklin Street (the main Chapel Hill drag).

This deli was highly recommended to me as a Chapel Hill staple and it does not disappoint. Pair your favorite dish with your choice of salads and sides from the massive display case. You’ll want to go back and try them all.
