You’ll find Jeff’s inside a shopping mall but that does nothing to deter the American ex-pats and well-heeled locals who use the place. This is your classic TGIF-style affair, only these guys do it a little better, with both the steak and ribs regularly eliciting glowing reports from Yank exiles.
