Shoalhaven Heads has a patrolled beach in the summer, fishing inlet where you can paddleboard safely. E xcellent pub with outdoor dining, bowling club and kids pump track and skate park. 15 minutes drive North via Bolong Rd.

Shoalhaven Heads Surf Life Saving Club is a small surf club located right on Seven Mile Beach, NSW. Members patrol the beach each Sunday and on public holidays throughout the patrol season.

Coffee, beach or picnic at the park... The Espresso Boys Donuts kiosk operates out of the Surf Club at Shoalhaven Heads Beach 7.30- 1.30pm Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and is great to stop in for a coffee and an artisan donut before heading for a beach walk or park play. There is a large playground and picnic tables near the Shoalhaven Heads Surf club. The Bangalay Rainforest walking trail, a 10- 15 minute bushwalk to the river, starts off the back of the play area and makes for a fun little adventure .
