Also called Long Lake, this location can be accessed directly by walking out of our neighborhood and across Washington Gulch Road. The reservoir is there at the bridge but you can continue up the road to Meridian Lake with amazing views, leisurely strolls, and swimming!

Head up Washington Gulch Road and park in the parking lot where the concrete ends. Cross the stream and head up the trail. It is very steep, but short hike to the lake. If you wish (and you can carry them up the hill), rent some paddle boards at the Ace Hardware in town and make an afternoon of it.
