Think vinegar is just some sour wine? Think again! If you even a little bit of a food lover, this producer of artisanal vinegars will sweep you off your feet. From Port-Vendres, you'll drive up and up to the village of Cosprons and just beyond. The vinaigrerie is small, and outdoors. Your guide (you'll have a guide even if there is just one of you!) will explain the process of making vinegar from the local wine while you swan around the barrels of the stuff in the making. Then, on little spoons, you'll be able to taste all the flavours on offer. A visit to the shop is recommended, but there is no pressure to buy anything, and your visit is free.
