臺北最古早的西餐廳，經過怎能不進門？創辦人廖水來先生1934年自 日本習藝回台創業，傳承自今超過一甲子，然而店內從懷舊的美耐板 桌、不鏽鋼餐具、到餐點口味、擺盤，都費盡心思，重現當年臺北上流階 層餐食的頂級風華。 Bolero is the first Western-style restaurant founded in 1934 by a Taiwanese, Liao Shui-lai (廖水來) who was a fan of art and music. That is why he named his restaurant after French composer Maurice Ravel's Bolero and decorated the restaurant with art works. Following its opening, it was the most chic place for artists, musicians and wealthy business people to gather in the 1930s through to the 1970s.
