Beautiful place a short walk from the Holiday park. Learn about the mill's history and indulge in a delicious cream tea at their cafe. Very friendly and welcoming feel. Bookings advisable

We own this tearoom and have won the Devon Life "Best Tearoom award" 2013, 2014 and 2015. Truly traditional cream teas with Devon Splits and Thunder and LIghtning. The 16th century watermill is also open for visitors to look around and the Miller gives guided tours on set days.

About ten minutes by car. Lovely place for a lovely afternoon tea, and they cater well for families.There is also a nice small beach on the opposite side of the road.
