Hike to the “pot holes” a natural rock water slide and jump off large rock into big pool. Also nice level hike along old railroad grade to town of big creek. Stop after for a snack in Camp Sierra Store.

Camp Sierra is as rich in history as it is in natural beauty. There are incredible lakes/streams for water activities, meadows/mountains for hikes of all skill level, great fishing in the lakes and steams, and more all within a short drive from camp.

Great hikes to waterfalls, rope swings and swimming holes. Free entry into Camp Sierra. 15 min drive from the cabin. Turn left after the marina onto Huntington Lake Rd and follow the signs to Camp Sierra. The road closes in the winter, great for late spring, summer and fall hikes.

Enjoy the beautiful "Pot Holes" trail in this small community. There are natural water slides and swimming holes. Rocks can be slippery so use caution. Go to Camp Sierra and follow directions to Pot Holes trail. You can ask the people at the general store there for directions.
