For sure the best bakery in the old center of Split, very different from the usual ones, as this is a small family bakery, where all is homemade using simple ingredients without additives. So you can find big variety of healthy breads and pastries: regular, wholegrain, wheat-free, gluten-free... Be aware: they are working only in the morning till 2pm and everything sells out pretty fast so be sure to go there in the morning! Beside bread try some local specialties like "viška pogača" or "Komiška pogača".

One of the favorite bakeries in Split. Try viška pogača with tomatoes and anchovies or dark chocolate brownies. Everything is tasty. Just have in mind - they are working only in the morning (till 14:00).
