Literally the best most authentic pizza you will ever taste. Right up in Noosa Junction with 72 hour fermented sourdough bases and using the best produce you can find locally and from afar.. you will not find anyone more passionate about pizza than their famous pizza chef all the way from Sicily.

awesome woodfired sourdough crust with fresh local and organic ingredients. They have small cozy restaurants and some outside seating but reservations are a must, preferably a couple of days in advance. They also do take away and most weekends delivery. Unique and tasty cocktails as well. Nathan the owner is an awesome guy, world traveller, and a tri-athlete.
