Fine dining in a beautiful atmosphere. Limited but often superb menu with seating on a wonderful communal table. View of sakura trees in spring and of Kiyamachi Street below. Kiln is located a half block south of Oike on the atmospheric canal street of Kiyamachi. Just avoid on Friday and Saturday nights, unless you want nightlife as Kiyamachi is a bit wild on weekend nights.

You can see canal while you drink coffee. Open cafe. 2nd floor is restaurants during the night.
