A former butcher, converted in a " Panigacceria". Panigaccio is a typical food of the area. It is a round flat bread cooked on special terracotta plates called testi which are placed directly in the fire. The bread is made from flour, water and salt. Panicacci should be eaten with either with ham, salami, or soft cheese like stracchino. They can also be boiled and served with pesto ( Testaoroli).
