Walking distance from Hampton on Toner. The Tuscan villa inspired Cellar Door sited on the Great Alpine Road, Myrtleford was built in 1998 and is the final step in the evolution of Michelini Wines. Ilario, Dino and family can be justifiably proud of their family's success, with the key to producing quality, award winning wines being the similarity in the region's climate to the Trentino Alto Adige region, the techniques used in the vineyard and their passion in the wine making process. On a fine day, at Cellar Door if you look hard enough, you may just see Emo Michelini sitting at a table in Cellar Door enjoying a glass of wine and revelling in the success of his vision, and also raising a glass to toast the hard work of his son's, Ilario and Dino. Salute!
