A great way to avoid the hassle of parking downtown. $10 per day pass and nice views on the water. Take the water taxi from Patriots Point. Drops you in the historic district downtown.

This is by far best way to get to downtown Charleston. Also the cheapest harbor cruise around at only $14 for an all-day pass. Park at the Charleston Harbor Resort and walk down the dock to dock A. **Make sure to swing by the Real Bar in the hotel before you leave for a parking voucher. Just ask the bartender.
