Established in 1993 but redone following a fire, this local fixture is beloved for its highly enjoyable Korean dining. The interior is adorned with dark tile floors, wooden booths and white walls. Tables feature a center console for grilling meats; while a mounted television broadcasts a stream of K-Pop videos. This menu has all the classics, from stews and noodles to an array of rice and barbecue dishes. Banchan make for an enticing start with kimchi, fish cake, pickled daikon and potato salad. Grilled meats are a fun group endeavor, but smaller appetites will delight in the likes of dolsot bibimbap. This hot stone bowl arrives brimming with crusty rice, charred ribeye, vegetables aplenty, mushroom caps and a fried egg to round things out.
