Perks Coffee Shop & Beer Garden Excellent local breakfast coffee bar, the sandwich is fresh and not greasy, the staff are very friendly. The raw bar opens by end of June, it has happy hours from 3-5, expected to be crowed!

Not just for coffee. Beer and wine served counter style, a few sandwich choices, quiche, sweets, etc. Nice patio area, sometimes with live music.
