Sinon, commandez le maki fashion week (saumon crème d'avocat) ou du poisson au chalumeau, un délice. Best japonais ever (a little pricy). You can ask the chef to improvise something for you, is surprises are always excellent ones. Otherwise, ask for the fashion week maki (salmon avocado cream) or blowtorched fish, a delight.

The BEST japanese restaurant in Paris (in my opinion). Just sit at the bar and say to the chef "carte blanche".
