Playa Blanca makes a great day trip. We like to head to Restaurant Chula Vida. Centered on the miles long beach, it is an excellent relaxation spot. Walk a bit, scan the horizon for whales and chill. While Playa Blanca is a beautiful spot, it is extremely dangerous to swim so take care near the waves and enjoy siesta Costeño style (in a hammock!)

Playa Blanca es una bahía de mar abierto con 17 km de largo. Estamos localizados a 16 km de "Zihuatanejo" y a 22 km de " Ixtapa Zihuatanejo" ( zona hotelera) Puedes transportarte por camión,"combi" o taxi. La temperatura ambiente media anual es de 30 *C. La temperatura del agua del mar en promedio anual es de 29 *C.

Es una playa pública con poca gente sin hoteles , con algunas palapas donde descansar , esta ubicada hacia la carretera al aeropuerto cerca de la policia federal de caminos. En temporada turistica rentan motos y caballos.
