A short two-minute walk from Tottenham Hale Tube station brings you to the canal and the Lee Valley walk. To the north, you can walk and bike along the canal unencumbered to the likes of Enfield and picturesque Waltham Abbey. If you feel like a real adventure, a two hour walk south will take you all the way to the River Thames via at Limehouse Cut.
