Experience time on the Allegheny River with Kayak or Canoe rented from Allegheny Outfitters Livery. They offer transportation to the tail waters at the Kinzua Dam and pick up Warren General Hospital, if you take the longest trip or you can jump out at the Livery located just before United Refining at the Bridge.
