If you love history this is a nice place to visit and learn about the battle of olustee .enjoy the many walking trails it has to offer threw nature or have a nice picnic under beautiful shaded trees. They reenact battles at the Big Battle Of Olustie festival they host every year around February . Check local calendar dates for more details on that.

Historical battlefield from the Civil War. Every February thousands come from all over for a weeks worth of reenactment, with all kind of booths and country fun!

Site of annual re-enactments in February of the Civil War battle of Olustee. Scenes for Civil War movies including a 1989 movie Glory, have been filmed here. Has a visitor center with historical information and artifacts.
