Chill out by the sea, there's a big lawn where you can hang out, or just walk along the promenade (which runs for several kilometers along the water).

Gröningen is a large space with grass and beach. There're possibilities to have your own barbeque or picknick and is used for this purpose by a lot of people. There's a few playgrounds as well, both for younger kids as for young adults.
