CVS is in Cairo, about 20 minutes away and open 8-10 daily

A few groceries, pharmacy, the usual. Only game in town if you don't have a car. There are 3 large nicer pharmacies on Fairview Ave all next to each other: CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid
