If you go to NYU, you've been to Crocodile Lounge. If you're 32 and talking to someone there, they'll ask you what your major is at NYU. Decent beer selection, don't bank on the cocktails, but you do get a free mini (~6 inch) pizza with each drink. Toppings are extra. Pizza is good given it's free. Better than most in many cities.

Iconic dive bar in East Village. Super cheap and you get a free personal-size pizza with every drink. Have some arcade games and a photo booth as well.

This bar is pretty dive-y...so pretty affordable and low-key. They have trivia some nights and FREE PIZZA with every drink (that's literally the best deal ever).
