Madeo is an Italian institution that has been thriving in LA for over 20 years. Despite its notoriety, many people that live in LA haven't ever heard of it. The food is incredibly delicious, high quality Italian fare. It is my favourite restaurant in all of LA by far, for a number of reasons. The food, the ambience, the service... No matter what you're in LA for, you must have dinner at Madeo.

Los Liones is my favourite hike in LA. It takes roughly an hour-90 minutes from the top to bottom. At the top, there is a beautiful view of Santa Monica Pier and Malibu, and on a clear day you can see all the way out to Catalina Island.

Los Leones Canyon Trailhead
510 Los Liones DrLos Liones is my favourite hike in LA. It takes roughly an hour-90 minutes from the top to bottom. At the top, there is a beautiful view of Santa Monica Pier and Malibu, and on a clear day you can see all the way out to Catalina Island.
LA's most popular & famous hiking trail, approximately 15 minute drive from my apartment, the canyon is always busy and promises stunning vistas of the Los Angeles basin.
