West Bay Beach
Again, you have a few options with how to get there, you can walk 45mins or drive in 5 minutes.
Parking prices have doubled in the few months, I would check prices before parking. Most carparks now use the JustPark app.
Walking, you can leave the house, take a right and walk to the beach, if the tide is out walk along the beach (staying clear of the cliffs).
Otherwise, turn right out of the house, take the field to Freshwater (bowling, swimming etc), there is a gate at the top of the hill, the gate is a public footpath through the golf course to west bay.

The Anchor Inn
Nice beach, a bit quieter than Hive or West Bay. The pub serves excellent food, they also have a boat house that sells pizza and cider on the beach :)

They have a pizzeria in the back, a big converted barn, this is great for large gatherings - book in advance.
They also do a really good breakfast.
