I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. This is a friendly cooking experience. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home for a traditional meal with a local, where you'll learn how to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing delicious homemade pasta: Sicilian (rigatoni or busiate), tortelli, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of homemade pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water). And, Dulcis in fundo (last but not least), we will make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. Wine is not just what's inside a glass, there is an entire world behind it. For every wine we are going to taste, we are gonna explain how they are made, where they grow, who are the people making them and what they actually want you to taste in your glass.

Quello che offro è un corso per apprendere come realizzare alcuni piatti tipici della nostra splendida Italia. Prepareremo insieme la pasta fresca, nei formati tradizionali delle varie regioni italiane: le tagliatelle all’uovo emiliane, le rinomate orecchiette pugliesi, i cavatelli molisani e per chi desidera sperimentare ed assaggiare qualcosa di veramente unico, ci cimenteremo nei culurgiones sardi (una pasta fresca ripiena, chiusa ad arte, con una farcitura di patate, pecorino e menta) Ci sarà da divertirsi! E mentre lavoriamo, degusteremo un delizioso aperitivo a base di buon vino (o in alternativa una bevanda analcolica) e salame nostrano...e poi tutti a tavola per l’assaggio! Come dolce realizzeremo la torta paesana, detta anche torta di pane: tipica della tradizione povera lombarda brianzola, che veniva cucinata dalle mamme e dalle nonne per le feste di paese e rionali, oppure il più popolare tiramisu’ o ancora il salame al cioccolato. Cantina Urbana wine tour & tasting. First of all you will greeted at the entrance with a welcome glass of wine. Our staff will show you where you can sit. Then, the visit starts! Tour of the winery and you will discover how the wine is made through the production area and see the vinification steel tank, amphora and barriques for the ageing and finally the bottling process. You will understand the winemaking daily activities. Finally you will be guide into the wine experience with a tasting of 3 different wines paired with a small platter in combination. You will learn how we make wine and get the opportunity to taste it. The experience will be run for 1,30 hour. We please you to be on time and arrive a few minutes early!

Siete degli amanti della natura e della bicicletta? Volete prendervi qualche ora di puro relax, lontani dal traffico e dall’inquinamento milanese? Vi porterò, in sella alle nostre mountain bike, alla scoperta di una Milano nascosta. Partendo da Trenno (zona San Siro), nella periferia Ovest di Milano, ci immergeremo in tre polmoni verdi poco conosciuti. I parchi che andremo a visitare, sono completamente diversi da quello che è l'immaginario collettivo. Ci immergeremo completamente in paesaggi rurali tipici della campagna. Tutto ciò ci sembrerà impossibile e ci aiuterà a capire quanto sia importante staccare dalla vita frenetica e stressante della città. Alla fine del tour faremo una breve sosta per gustare uno spuntino ristoratore con prodotti tipici italiani, e la sera avremo la possibilità di goderci anche il tramonto in una location molto suggestiva. Vi sembrerà davvero di non essere a Milano, se non per qualche scorcio di città! Bici, caschi e occhiali li mettiamo noi, voi portate le gambe. At the arrival free time for your lunch (on your own, average cost € 30 per person), climbing few stairs to reach the area, and then we board the Bernina train, on the Express railway, that really ascends the Swiss Alps with a stunning view! Once on top of the ride we get off to enjoy the panorama of alpine lakes, glaciers and the impressive Alps scenery! After the short drive to reach S.
