Main Mahón Theater is the oldest opera house in Spain. Municipal property, was built in 1829 by the Italian architect Giovanni Palagi, taking advantage of the remains of the wall surrounding the city of Mahon ## Teatro Principal de Mahón es el teatro de ópera más antiguo de España. De propiedad municipal, fue construido en el año 1829 por el arquitecto italiano Giovanni Palagi, aprovechando los restos de la muralla que rodeaba la ciudad de Mahón.
