Amberley Museum was established in 1979 and seeks to reflect the industrial and transport heritage of Sussex. Covering 36 acres with over 40 exhibits, the museum is home to a unique collection of listed buildings and scheduled ancient monuments, many of which were rescued from the Sussex area.

Amberley Museum is an amazing place tucked away in the South Downs between Storrington and Arundel, with a focus on industrial and transport history.

This is a fantastic museum for all the family with plenty inside and outside. Lots of machines on show from Britain’s working history. There is a train ride on various days so do check the website if your kids are interested in this!
