The pavement of Hadrian, the bar translates Ellinisti to playfully wrapped shots and original meat eating. The iron, cement and wood of the interior define the decorative minimalism, while the flavors will you "drunk" with the enjoyment of meat. In one of the busiest pedestrian streets of the historical center, that of Hadrian, the owner Michalis Economou had the inspiration to the idea of localization bar offering five shots with pita bread rounds, skewers and kebabs. As expected, the black metal pan which served these hybrid bites became big hit. The latest idea is "a grill that can support meat eating." T-bone steaks, pork and beef, spare ribs, burgers from 100% ground beef, and -the pride of «Souvlaki Bar»! - Chicken steak suit every meat-eaters. The meats are prepared and marinated in the restaurant, accompanied by a rich salads like the homonymous «Souvlaki Bar», taking dish pepper, and appetizers such as onion stuffed with cheese sauce and chopped sausage and herbs or baby baked potatoes with sauce of cheese. The desserts are homemade and these, with the eponymous pudding and mocha mousse and cookies stand out.
