The views here rival the Gravity Bar at the Guinness Factory! You can get a panoramic view of the city from this restaurant, which is on the top floor of the Dean Hotel. The food is nice (I recommend the pizza) and on weekend nights there is a DJ and dancing. If you're going for food, make sure to make a reservation (Open Table).

Good views of Dublin and cheap if you just order pizza slices and sit at counter. You can then go on roof terrace for a drink afterwards. Also randomly has swings in lobby.
