Family owned delicious, reasonably priced Greek breakfast and lunch (not sure if they will continue to serve dinner at Beach location) . A second location just opened in Washington Commons which also serves dinner. BYOB

Everything they serve is amazing. Go early to avoid waiting. All booths. Not great for parties larger than 4 unless you can split up.
