Small family owned cafe that has delicious red or green chile - the green chile is HOT! Friendly service and food is very good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Be sure to check out the daily specials.

If you’re not used to the Green chilies in New Mexico then you might want to order that on the side of your burger! It is hot hot hot! Delicious, and huge portions… Stop in for breakfast or lunch!

If you're looking for the best, hottest green chile you can find, go here. It is a weird little diner at the far end of town right next to a gas station. Although they are closed for all of Holy Week, if you can make it there order a breakfast burrito with green chile & a lot of water!! If you're really daring, ask for the Level 2 Chile - it's shocking!

Breakfast burrito's with hot green chili?? South Cerrillos location. Large portions, local favorite, not fancy at all - just saying. 4 stars on food, $ to $$ on price. I think breakfast is their best, the rest is pretty good though.
